What happens when you combine made-from-scratch Idaho® potato chips and a churro? You get Cinnamon-Sugar Oven Fried Idaho® Potato Chips. Buttered Yukon Gold or russet potatoes are baked in the oven then sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar while still warm. Tip from the pros: To ensure the chips become crispy in the oven, dry the potato slices as much as possible with paper towels before baking them. If these chips alone don’t satisfy your sweet tooth, dip them in melted chocolate or hazelnut spread.
