Made with Idaho® russet potatoes, butter, vegetable stock, garlic, fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs, salt and pepper, these decadent tater bites will melt in your mouth. Before cooking the potatoes we suggest soaking them in water for 10-15 minutes to remove excess starch. This will ensure they are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside.
