Bacon Blitz Potato Skewers


  • 2-8 ounce Idaho® russet potatoes
  • 16 slices bacon
  • seasonings of your choice
  • dipping sauces of your choice


  1. Clean and peel (if desired) the Idaho® russet potatoes, creating 6-8 wedges per spud. Season potatoes (if desired).
  2. Wrap each wedge with bacon.
  3. Bake in a preheated 425° F oven for 25-30 minutes.
  4. When cooked, place on paper towels to drain.
  5. Allow to cool. Skewer with bamboo skewers.
  6. Grill until desired level of crispiness.
  7. Serve and enjoy with dipping sauce of your choice.
