Great tasting and easy to make Au Gratin Potatoes!

Sure, au gratin potatoes might be an Easter tradition, but there's no reason they can't be a favorite anytime. This simple classic au gratin recipe is quick to make and sure to be a crowd-pleaser. 



  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a shallow 1½ quart casserole with butter. Arrange sliced potatoes in layers.
  2. Sprinkle with melted butter, salt and pepper.
  3. Top with grated cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
  4. Bake 30 minutes, covered.
  5. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
